I made an appointment and explained my needs. Because I needed it right away, she showed me items that fit my requirements that were in stock. I was in and out in an hour! Not typical for tile shopping. But honestly, I spent so many hours roaming box store and online only to find out they didn't have enough of what I wanted. We chose to put new base cabinets in and i needed professionals to help get the granite reinstalled. My contractor had a sales rep (Justin) come out to my job and bring me samples based on what I thought I wanted and he pretty much nailed it right from jump.
